Over the past week or so the Tories have served up a couple of case in points to a suggestion I made in jest in a previous blog post a fortnight ago - that David Cameron lacks in judgement. What I didn't anticipate when I wrote that was David Young and Howard Flight, the two Tory peers who have shown how not to do engagement-with-the-people politics. When I add in Andy Coulson, I can see that the Conservatives can do right by me after all - even if it is by validating what I say!
But the question here is becoming more serious: after Coulson, Young, Flight et al. can Cameron show that his weak judgement of personnel is not reflective of his judgement elsewhere?
